Donna Elizabeth Deegan (born February 28, 1961) is an American politician and the mayor-elect of Jacksonville, Florida. A member of the Democratic Party, she was elected mayor in the 2023 election, defeating Republican Daniel Davis in the runoff on May 16, 2023.
